La Royale, an unusual place. At first sight, it is a bar for PMU lovers around the bar with a wide choice of tapas. With its no-frills setting and its beautiful covered terrace (heated in winter), you discover a restaurant with tasty dishes. The cuisine is modern, inventive, reasonably priced and well presented. It is made from fresh seasonal market produce, brought up to date. Upstairs, a room that can accommodate 30 people for group meals. And the icing on the cake, a patio with an independent entrance from the car park.

Opening time and information on LA ROYALE

Open all year round. Monday to Thursday from 7am to 10pm; Friday and Saturday from 7am to 11:30pm; Sunday from 8am to 9pm. During the week, open in the evening by reservation for groups of 15 people minimum. Menu: about 30 €. Lunch formula : 14,90 €. Chèque Vacances, Chèque Restaurant. Continuous service. Heated terrace in winter. Patio. Beer cellar. Animations and concerts on Friday and Saturday nights.

Cadre décevant, nous n'avons pas vu la terrasse annoncée en photo, à la place nous étions sous un auvent entourés de fumeurs ce qui s'avère très désagréable pour manger.
L'ambiance bar tabac n'est pas le cadre que nous espérions pour un déjeuner en terrasse ..
Par ailleurs le service était long..
Seul bon point les plats étaient bons.
Nous ne reviendrons pas en tous cas.

Des habitués auxquels on n'ose pas dire de baisser le ton: personnes alcoolisées faisant beaucoup de bruit. Repas gâché par un volume sonore empêchant d'avoir une conversation agréable - il fallait crier par moments pour se faire entendre !
Points positifs : serveuse sympathique, assiette de serrano très copieuse mais j'ai déjà mieux mangé à La Royale... et le jardin, malgré le beau temps était fermé: dommage !
