The menu is non-exhaustive, starting with the "assiette de l'écailler", an ocean poke bowl, salmon tartar or monkfish tail, and on the land side, lamb mouse, the Indigo home-made burger and duck breast... generous desserts such as homemade crepes and waffles, and ice-cream sundaes for after-bath enjoyment.
