Strides, no less than seven races organized each April! Four for adults, three for children; It's very simple, there are all tastes, all ages and levels. 3 km, 5 km, 10 km or 22 km: Choose the test that suits you best, put your trainers together and join the 550 athletes expected that day. Meanwhile, the grass athletes, born between 2001 and 2009, will evolve on 100 m, 500 m or 1 km.
Tariff: € 5 for all races (up to 3 € on site). Free for competitors born in 1999 and later. Non-competitive (children) races free of charge.
Distance: competitive races: 3 km, 5 km, 10 km and 22 km; Non-competitive races (children): 100 m, 500 m and 1 km.
Difficulty: easy to find.
Other practical information: any non-licensee shall have a medical certificate indicating the absence of a contraindication to the practice of the race on foot.
