Restaurant offering homemade dishes from an à la carte menu.
After 15 years of good service at La Matelote in Boulogne-sur-Mer, the young chef Jérémy Hénon has revived La Brise, a restaurant that focuses on local products: eggs from Écault, bread and mussels from Équihen, fish caught off the coast of Boulogne, Noyon beers… It It's a pleasure to taste the homemade dishes while enjoying the sea view. Here is an example of dish on the à la carte menu: roasted scallops on bay leaves and red beetroot mousseline, roasted big gamba with bird's tongues with basil and chorizo velouté, crispy veal kidneys with red wine reduction and apple purée with fried onions, trompe-l'oeil lemon...
