The restaurant of the maritime co-operative of Staploise is located just above the fish shop! Here you can savour local fish, landed that very morning from the Étaples fishermen's boats. The restaurant's large bay window allows you to admire the flotilla of Étaples sailors. Its menu is an ode to the sea and its fruits. Among the specialities: langoustines land and sea, smoked bacon, fresh ratter and fresh spinach as a starter; filet de saint-pierre, citrus cream, grapefruit, sweet potato as a main course; iced soufflé with Grand-Marnier for dessert.

De passage dans la région nous étions contents d'aller dîner dans ce restaurant que nous avons toujours apprécié. Le décor a changé...moderne mais froid.....et il fait frais !!!! menus toujours aussi bon mais les tarifs exagérés !!!! Même une des serveuse est "froide....pas un petit sourire" nous comprenons la situation actuelle mais le commerce doit continuer mais quand même dans la mesure du raisonnable sur les tarifs.... d'ailleurs surpris de si peu de tables d'occupées par avant......
Merci toutefois pour les saveurs de vos menus mais dommage pour le reste.
