The menu is deliberately short and changes with the seasons, according to chef Pierre Chavatte's desires and the suggestions of local producers with whom he works and is closely linked. Une belle association de saveurs avec des produits de qualité.
Un BIB GOURMAND avec une formule à 33€ le midi avec un rapport qualité-prix des plus intéressants.
Une carte des vins au verre avec quelques originalités (vin nature).
Le service est souriant, professionnel et discret.
Un peu plus de précision sur l'assiette, quelques ajustements sur les associations de saveurs (on s'y perd un peu parfois) permettront de passer un cran supplémentaire.
Je recommande ce restaurant.
