Réservation annulée par email puis par téléphone 3 jours avant. 99€ débités malgré mon annulation! Ils admettent avoir bien annulé informatiquement, ne comprennent pas pourquoi ma réservation est revenue informatiquement le jour même mais refusent de me rembourser : c’est de la faute de Booking! Des voleurs!
