JOURNÉE DES PEINTRES

The 25th edition took place on May 8, 2019! Installed along the port and in the alleys of the town, the painters invade the Cité des Pêcheurs for a day each year and colour it with their most beautiful paintings. There are usually about forty of them, playing with their brushes to the delight of the amateurs. From one artist to another, you will enter a different universe each time and can admire the specific talent of each one in the process of creation. A nice day placed under the sign of talent, creativity and emotion. And in the evening, you can admire all the works created during this beautiful day. They are then masterfully exhibited at the Capitainerie d'Étaples.
