Here, the concept of "family cuisine" is simpler and more generous, like the Sunday meals we come to share. Always, and more than ever, with seasonal products from the land and the ocean: velouté du Barry, Pyrenean trout; grilled octopus, roasted confit pork loin, Xipister; roasted cauliflower with pimenton. Homemade desserts also feature prominently.
