THE GARDENS OF THE CHARTREUSE DU VAL SAINT-ESPRIT
Estate in Gosnay with 6 hectares of parkland planted with rare species and a lake.
In 1984, Jean Constant transformed the property into a luxury hotel, top-quality restaurant and seminar room, and restored the formal gardens. The estate boasts a 6-hectare park with over 15,000 m² dedicated to ornamental plants and vegetables, cultivated and awarded at the Concours National des Jardins Potagers. Beehives are installed to encourage flowering, and honey is sold. The vegetable garden is cooked with bold simplicity by the chefs of the three restaurants.
