For some, Clos de la Prairie is a hotel with just a few rooms, surrounded by greenery, ideal for recharging their batteries. For others, it's a restaurant where Sébastien Adam pampers his twenty or so customers. He's not the most talked-about chef in Pas-de-Calais, but he's got what it takes to win over the palates of all visiting gourmets. With only twenty covers, it's easy to imagine that the plates are perfectly crafted. In short, a very pretty gourmet stopover, far from the sea of course, but the countryside also has its charm.
