The restaurant offers a gastronomic, traditional and regional cuisine. La Bulle is under the leadership of the chef, Hélène Rey, who was trained by great chefs. The products are fresh and everything is home-made. The menu of the country, which consists only of local products is the best way to enjoy the flavors of the soil. Half-cooked foie gras, duck brochette, garbure béarnaise, leg of lamb with ceps... The restaurant is located at the exit of the village, in an old barn which gives the building its character.
