Born in the 1990s, the School and Mine Museum retraces the history of coal. Want to know everything about the daily life of a miner? This interactive museum allows you to visit several underground galleries and enter a typical classroom of the old days. Further on, mine galleries and rooms presenting scenes from the era have been reconstructed. If the museum is free, donations from visitors allow its maintenance and survival!
