Restaurant offering elegant and refined cuisine made from fresh regional products.
It is one of the oldest signs in the town of Hesdin (almost half a century old), formerly known as the Leroy restaurant. The restaurant La Bretèche offers elegant and refined cuisine, prepared with fresh regional products. The chef Christophe Dubois, after training in several regional starred restaurants, including the restaurant La Grenouillère located in Madelaine-sous-Montreuil, has settled in Hesdin. Foie gras semi-cooked with mead, shrimp fricassee or scallops and cockles with herbs are among the must-tries and don't hesitate to finish with the crêpe Suzette flambéed with Grand-Marnier. The salmon is smoked on the spot. The wine list is varied and will delight wine lovers. A greedy interlude to be recommended!
