Very close to the Pau-Arnos circuit, this new hostel with a bearnaise house is far from being the anchor of two novices. Aurélie and Samuel are known for gourmets and especially gourmets for their successful catering activities. Aperitifs, small homemade dishes, cook: many married women have offered the double talent of those passionate cooks. The brand of the two chefs has long been associated with pastries, it must be admitted that cupcake and personalized cakes, decorated in sugar dough, are artists! It is therefore with real pleasure that we find them in Feathers and Bubbles, winks to ducks and champagne… and especially to the Champagne-Ardennes whose chef is native. A concept that you will find in its generous cuisine through which it perpetuates family recipes. The mix with the southwest offers real bonuses such as duck confit to cider or magret at chorizo. Fresh produce, flavors brought at the top, inventiveness, desire for excellence, here the table is good and we advise you to take place there.
