Chef Maxime Leplat from Bethune has opened this restaurant in Laventie to our great delight, with bistro dishes that take on gastronomic allure: boeuf bourguignon, veal paupiette, duck parmentier... The menu changes every month to reflect the season. A dish of the day is available to vary the pleasures. The restaurant's ambience is enhanced by its 1980s and 1990s-inspired decor: photos of Belmondo, Bono and Superman mingle on the walls, an old-fashioned record player, warm lighting... just like the welcome!
