In Parcq, the foie gras gras is placed in honour through numerous preparations: in jars, in the form of semi-preserved or preserved (from 2 to 8 units), prepared for rag and sold fresh on order (from 6 to 12 parts), bowl and block (20% fatty liver), stuffed neck, stuffed smoked magret (20% foie gras) and in the form of original delicacies, homemade specialities: sausage with fatty liver and pistachio, and especially with foie gras!
