This establishment has a beautiful dining room and a pleasant terrace that serves various fish dishes.

It all began in 1940 when Serge Pérard started cooking fish during a period of famine. In 1967, he opened a fish shop and a restaurant where his fish juice was a great success. His fish soup has achieved a reputation that is no longer to be made. In 2001, Eric Forget took over the reins and innovated with an oyster bar in the fishmonger's. Today, a beautiful restaurant room and a pleasant covered terrace have been added. On the menu, fish, cooked over a wood fire, and seafood are king. Reservations are recommended.

Undoubtedly one of unmissable Touquet for lovers of fish and shellfish!
Naturally, there is a wide choice of exceptionally fresh seafood. But the layout of the restaurant, including a large brasserie, that the tables are excessively serra and that there are too many noise of conversations. It is true that the people will be shown, discretion is not setting. In terms of living space, with each gesture that I made to peel my sole, I was likely to meet the bend of the neighbour table next door which attacked seafood platter. Finally, the sole in question was drowned of melted butter, so much so that I have to ask for a second dish to leave it its juice. Not, I will not return to Pérard, especially as the prices are there again for the people and consorts.
What about the... this is just exceptional. Perard is famous throughout the world for its famous fish soup. A true delight! This restaurant is well located in the heart of northern france two steps from the dam. The dishes are flavoured with iodine. A real diving in the scents oceanes. Each person who go to Touquet must going at least once to Pérard.

Also note that the fish soups can be, history to extend the house this wonderful culinary experience.
