The Westminster is part of the legend of Le Touquet. This five-star hotel, in pure Anglo-Norman and Art Deco style, stands majestically at the entrance to the town. Its gourmet restaurant, Le Pavillon, has held a Michelin star for 15 years with Chef William Elliott at the helm. Enjoy one of the menus in the elegant room tinted purple, black and ochre. His specialty is fish, but succulent sweetbreads are also on the menu.

war heute Abend hier, habe einen Platz in der Bar zugewiesen bekommen. 5 meter von der Bartheke entfernt. leider kam kein Service. Die Servicemitarbeiter haben sich an der Bar unterhalten. Gäste haben uns nicht wahrgenommen. Niemand hat nach unseren Wünschen gefragt. Wir sind nach fast 20 Minuten ohne Nachfrage gegangen. Beim Gehen hat uns der Empfangschef gefragt, ob es uns gefallen hat. Sie wollten uns wohl als Gäste nicht habe. das haben wir sehr bedauert.
