The Westminster is part of the legend of Le Touquet. This five-star hotel, in pure Anglo-Norman and Art Deco style, stands majestically at the entrance to the town. Its gourmet restaurant, Le Pavillon, has held a Michelin star for 15 years with Chef William Elliott at the helm. Enjoy one of the menus in the elegant room tinted purple, black and ochre. His specialty is fish, but succulent sweetbreads are also on the menu.

Superbe hotel, endroit trés sympa pour se balader. Je conseille de prendre un verre au bar pour découvrir l'interieur tout aussi beau.
