Run by three former students of the Lycée Hôtelier du Touquet, the atmosphere here is romantic and you are sure to have a good time. The decoration is neat, the service is friendly and attentive, the dishes are refined, inventive and colorful. Let yourself be surprised by the 7-course surprise menu "la plume du chef". Example a la carte: cannelloni of salmon tartar, tangy avocado pulp. Main course: risotto carnaroli, green asparagus, Serrano ham, parmesan. And for dessert: chocolate palet, coffee ganache, cocoa nib tuile.

Un ravissement pour vos papilles...
J'ai aimé beaucoup ce restaurant: entre créativité, imagination; le tout réalisé avec succès et beaucoup de finesse ; Le tartare de thon rouge et les filets de Bar sont à tomber par terre ! la Mise en bouche : crème de petits pois au lard grillé très frais, un pur délice entre légèreté aérienne des petit pois et croquant grillé du lard. Le service est impeccable et très intentionné.
Bravo à vous tous. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

un établissement qui gagne a être connu, mais il faut le trouver. heureusement qu'un panneau est déposé au milieu de la rue afin d'attirer notre attention. Cadre chaleureux et belle découverte d'une cuisine originale et savoureuse !
