Bonsoir ont voudrez signaler l'hôtel paris-brest à Lens franchement propriétaire désagréable pas du tout relation clientèle ils es froid et trop bizarre se mec et c'est vraiment un hôtel miteux ont Dort très mal matelas vraiment pas terribles pas du tout confortable ils à Beaucoup de choses à revoir en plus le nettoyage et fait à moitié sur ce bonne fin de soirée ????

I had booked via Hotels.com because the listing said onsite parking. When I arrived at the reception "desk" down the dark dingy corridor, the receptionist was not friendly.
When I asked where the onsite parking was, he said in any side street. I pointed out that I'd booked purely for the onsite parking. After a phone conversation with the manager and virtual chat with Hotels.com support, I cancelled the booking and went elsewhere.

De 3e verdieping is te bereiken via hoge trappen, die wil je niet 10x per dag doen..
