The Brûlerie Cantin-Leonidas is a special boutique in the lensois landscape. And maybe it's because it's a mixture of many know-how. In 1999, Laurent Baysse, manager of the shop, bought Cafés Coffees, roasters since 1959, and perpetuated tradition. Then in 2004, the Belgian chocolate brand Leonidas installs a corner in the shop. And since the beginning of 2016, the store has made new skin while preserving the traditions of roasting and chocolate-makers. In the shop it is often Marie, the partner, who greets with a communicative smile. Chocolate corner, coffee corner with more than 16 varieties, tea corner with more than fragrances and, especially, fine grocery corner with delicious Savols jams… there are for all tastes and for all tastes. The smell of freshly brewed coffee (the shop in product between 6 and 7 tons per year!) envelopes the entire shop and puts water in your mouth. A Cantin Brûlerie has tradition and Modernity in a delicious and tasty dialogue.
