Jean-René Lesage is the creator of the Pas-de-Calais micro-brewery. He is above all a man of passion. Trained in biochemistry, he worked a time for the brewery of Saint-Omer. After his dismissal, he followed a training in Lille (ISA) before setting up a company to advise existing breweries. He then decides to start brewing his own beers in a farm in this beautiful valley. This is how the «Sournoise» emerged. The name is voluntarily "funny" as he himself says this good living brewer.
