Geotopia is a house of nature aiming to develop the initiation to nature and the environment, a building is dedicated to astronomy.
The purpose of the nature house is to introduce visitors to nature and the environment. The buildings of Geotopia were built according to the High Environmental Quality (HEQ) standards. The site is divided into an outdoor platform and a covered gallery that allow visitors to enjoy views of the gardens, the village and the wetlands along the canal from Aire to La Bassée, and a building dedicated to astronomy. Its 317 mm telescope and its equipment will delight both beginners and experienced astronomers.
