This restaurant is located in the Hermitage Hotel. Alexandre Gauthier, the owner, is well known to lovers of good food. After the excellence of La Grenouillère and the generosity of Froggy's Tavern, here comes the cuisine of memory. Surprisingly, dishes served in 1979, when La Grenouillère first opened, have been rehabilitated. This tribute to the chef of the time is a tribute to the high standards of the restaurant. The various dishes are prepared as they were in the past. As for drinks, aperitifs from the past and a selection of wines from the owners will seduce you.

Pour un restau qui se veut d un certain standing des nappes sur les tables seraient les bienvenues évitant de poser le pain ou les couverts directement sur la table.
Concernant les plats pris à la carte ns avons apprécié le bar, les entrées pourraient être plus sophistiquées.
C est la 3 eme fois que ns déjeunons à l anecdote mais très certainement la dernière ! Dommage
