At Gaby's, all the delights of the Bearn region are on the menu! The Café des Sports is a very nice bar-restaurant. In the kitchen, Gaby Regagnon is the king of the garbure which he prepares every day, from 6 am so that it simmers. The result is always a success and the recipe is always the same, traditional. The menu also offers roast chicken, confit, Landes salad and desserts such as Basque cake with cream and black cherry jam.
