This is one of the great starred restaurants of Alsace and an obligatory gastronomic stop. Perhaps the genes have something to do with it: the Husser lineage, since the purchase in 1930 of this former post office by the great-grandfather, up to Michel, makes gourmets happy. He revisits the traditions of his region with brio. To taste gastronomic menus, the address is therefore perfect. And why not enjoy without worrying about the delicious food and wine pairings proposed throughout the meal by taking one of the magnificent rooms on site?

Certes, les prix sont élevés, mais justifiés et on va au Cerf, pour se faire plaisir!

Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer une nuit dans l'hôtel . Chambre petite mais confortable . Le brunch est pantagruélique et le cadre est original. Il s'agit d'une pièce moderne , contraste avec le reste de l'établissement , plutôt dans la tradition alsacienne .
