In an off-center setting, the Eguzki restaurant has succeeded in making a modern-day brasserie-type restaurant, friendly and gourmet off the tourist trail. In this azkaindar artisanal zone, the establishment attracts many locals all year round and is often fully booked even on weekends! Its success is due to a simple, tasty cuisine and very low prices. Sautéed chipirons, flambéed gambas, pressed milk lamb and "homemade" burgers such as the rodeo, the South-Western with foie gras, the fish burger fish and chips style.

Un lieu très cosy, une brasserie à la cuisine inventive. Carlos et son équipe nous accueillent toujours fort chaleureusement. Le midi, plat du jour + café à 10 €, et d'autres formules adaptées à tous. Une de mes adresses fétiches.
