Gildas is authentic and generous, just like the chef. The menu features traditional, regional market cuisine and local produce, making it difficult to go on a diet. During the hunting season, when the region is abundant in game, the chef prepares partridge, quail or collard greens with cabbage, stuffed saddle of hare, hind steak Rossini or burger, wild boar civet, roast pigeon with porcini mushrooms, and the back-hunting slate. We went at 20.30 for dinner , sat inside and they said they could not take orders for food until 21.00, even if all the tables inside were empty. So we asked for drinks to wait and make some time, and they did not want to serve either to us cause they were 'very busy'. What kind of restaurant does this to people? VERY Rude. Don't go.
