The ever-dynamic team at this restaurant concocts local, "land and sea" cuisine based on fresh produce and a menu that evolves with the seasons and the chef's inspiration. You can enjoy sea bream ceviche, semi-cooked foie gras, blanquette de la mer, roasted veal sweetbreads, mushroom risotto and white truffle cream... The sweet phase is just as refined, with Grand Marnier soufflé with vanilla ice cream, or coffee tart. With a pleasant, shaded terrace offering a breathtaking view of the Rhune.
