AUBERGE DE L’ÉTOILE
In 2015, the Auberge de l 'Étoile obtained the Master Restaurateur label, a recognition for Graziella and Grégory Bouret, which took the head of this former campaign legend, beautifully arranged, in 2013. Grégory was already chef at the Auberge from 2003 to 2009. The lower room with its beams, the decoration, the bibelots and the furniture reflect the countryside aspect of the site. Influence of the nearby port, the fish card is very rich. The salvation of lemon fish or the lobster and lotte skewers are delicately concocted. These exquisite dishes coexist with a lush tropical liver with a pinch and a fine wine and alcohol map. The place is worth the range.
