Coline and Simon, who had cut their teeth in restaurants in Lille, opened this Tablée with the help of the town council, which wanted to revitalize this small village that had unfortunately lost all its shops. And it's a great success! Simon and Aurélien, in charge of the stoves, work exclusively with local seasonal produce. The fish is caught daily and comes from the nearby coast.
