A gastronomic restaurant where the chef prepares land-sea dishes based on local products from the Audomar region.

Camille Delcroix, winner of Top Chef 2018, and his wife Carla met at the Château de Beaulieu, while working for Chef Meurin. From this beautiful story was born the gastronomic restaurant Bacôve. Their playground? Land-sea dishes made from local products from the Audomar region, Flanders and the Opal Coast: endive from the Wavrant farm, celery from the Bedague farm, carrots from Tilques, snails from Radinghem... As for desserts such as the sugar pie or the Brussels waffle, they have the taste of your childhood!

Début du repas exceptionnel, rien à dire, mais les deux main dishes étaient vraiment en dessous , les desserts étaient bien sympa aussi.
Le service était bon, professionnel et sympa.
On reviendra tester un soir car on est peut être tombé sur un jour sans, ça arrive.

Le top du top! Une Explosion de saveurs à chaque plat, nous sommes allés de surprise en surprise agréablement, bel accord des mets et des vins.
Nous avons passé une soirée inoubliable pour nos papilles !

Une des plus belle table de la région .
aucune distinction dans le Michelin, certainement non visitée à ce jour.
Camille Delcroix est inventif, Carla et son équipe sont aux petits soins.
Les vins nature ou bio en accord mets vins sont une vraie découverte.
Les plats sont présentés avec maestria.
En résumé, il serait mérité un upgrade à 2 macarons dès 2023!
