A charming restaurant that offers good accompaniments to dishes despite the reduced cuisine with a dessert menu.

A young couple took over this charming restaurant in Saint-Omer in 2022... and it is still a delight! The chef Jonathan Dumaine regales you by leaving nothing to chance: the side dishes are as good as the main course! In fact, you can congratulate him right away as he cooks in a rather small space, right behind the counter. The restaurant has also focused on the dessert menu by hiring a young pastry chef, Candice Declercq, who has just won the 2023 French Dessert Championship.

Simplement parfait. Nous avons déjeuné en semaine au Colegram, et l’expérience fut plus que réussie. Ambiance chaleureuse, service efficace, et cuisine généreuse sans chichis. Tout est réalisé avec soin et goût, de la décoration à la présentation dans l’assiette.
C’est sur nous reviendrons !

Very nice cosy restaurant, not too dear, with the open kitchen you know that you're eating good home cooked food !! Limited menu, fish or meat . Very well presented on the plate.
Well worth a visit , ring before because it's not open all the time .
