The lodge is located in the heart of the Unesco World Heritage area, making it easy to observe the flora and fauna.

The gîte Chez Batistin (Ch'ti gîte) is located in the heart of the part of the marshland that has been designated by Unesco as a biosphere reserve. The place has received the WWF Panda label, which characterizes vacation rentals that facilitate the observation of the fauna and flora. The site is also classified L.P.O. (League for the protection of birds). The rooms are installed in a fisherman's style house, adjoining that of the owners, with a partly green roof. A boat is at your disposal for a walk in the marshes.
