No, this is not an advertisement for a bank, but the building of the present Caisse d'Epargne is in fact a former bailiwick built in 1786, which is worth a visit. Symbols of justice still decorate the façade, proving its status as a court of law in the time of Louis XVI. Finally, it became a museum until 1904, when a certain squirrel, with his pockets full of banknotes, acquired it.
