The Atelier Cré-Actif association in Le Portel manages this new restaurant, which is run by Loïc Cheuva, the workshop's director. The 155m2 restaurant is located in the heart of the Maison du Cheval in Samer, and seats 80. It also has a terrace for summer lunches. As for the dishes and cuisine, you'll be able to savor local, organic products from the Samer, Desvrois, Boulonnais and Montreuil regions, prepared by chef Cédric Le Lan.

Alors, un moment très agréable....la cuisine mérite le détour, la cuisson de la viande était telle que je l ai demandé, la garniture très bonne. Un petit problème de déserts ce jour là mais on ils ont su nous proposer des alternatives....une jolie vue sur un cheval blanc au milieu du manège....un personnel très courtois. Je recommande.

Very disappointing. Wonderful room, but menu tiny; food tasteless and obviously pre-prepared & then microwaved (not enough to warm it much) and portions miniscule. Service hopeless. On questioning the waitress how what was listed as "chicken" was done she replied "cooked". Ditto reply for "fish" (un-named). An experience not to be repeated. And so sad as the Maison des Chevaux Boulognais is very impressive
