SAN MARTIN CHURCH
Church with stained glass windows dating from the very beginning of the century, representing the coats of arms of the sixty bishops of Thérouanne.
When Charles V passed to Therouanne, he left nothing but ruins. It took decades for a village to rebuild itself timidly on this vast space strewn with broken stones. In 1617, a new church was built, which twice came under fire. The second fire swept away the entire centre of the town. Proof that this is a hard place to live is that the building was rebuilt again this time. One can admire stained-glass windows dating from the very beginning of the 20th century and representing the coats of arms of the sixty bishops of Therouanne.
