The gastronomic restaurant La Liégeoise welcomes you to the Hôtel Atlantic on the Côte d'Opale in Wimereux. As you enter, you'll immediately be seduced by the magical decor of the room, with its warm colors. You'll also be impressed by the panoramic view over the superb beach. In the evening, you'll enjoy an Art Deco atmosphere, with wood and midnight blue colors, offering a soothing cocoon. The restaurant, which boasts a Michelin star and 3 toques in the Gault&Millau guide, also invites you to discover its creative gourmet cuisine. To offer you the very best, chef Benjamin Delpierre and his team use only fresh, local, seasonal produce. They offer several types of menu: the initial menu, the signature menu and the inspiration menu. Starters include carpaccio terre et mer, white asparagus from Campagne-lès-Hesdin and pan-fried foie gras with mussels. La Liégeoise is also a perfect destination for seafood lovers. They can indulge in the fish of the moment, red mullet or northern langoustine. Those looking for more carnivorous dishes can opt for Steenvoorde squab. A delicious address with something for everyone!

Dans un décor de rêve, l’esprit s’évade pour laisser place à la dégustation ! Une cuisine délicate et raffinée où le produit est mis en valeur ! C’est un défilé d’inventivité et de magie ! Nous avons redécouvert le goût de certains produits, comme le kaki et le topinambour !
Le service, juste parfait ! Le sommelier nous a fait rêver avec un Cour Cheverny, une belle découverte !
