From the street, you wouldn't imagine the nature-filled setting of this gourmet restaurant run by well-known chef Pierre Chilo. It's a serene place to discover his perfectly-crafted, crossbred, high-quality and inventive dishes with a hint of originality. You'll be familiar with the signature dishes, which of course change with the seasons, such as pâté en croûte de sanglier et ris de veau (wild boar and sweetbread pie), smoked and glazed Licq trout, Capbreton hake à la xistora(line hake), braise-cooked shoulder of suckling lamb confit for 8 hours and, on the dessert side, a revisited tarte Tatin.
