LA TOILE A BEURRE
The recently renovated restaurant offers traditional recipes, concocted by the chef Pierre-Yves Ladoire.
A stone's throw from St. Peter's church, this 1753 house retains an authentic stamp. You can enjoy it in a beautiful, recently renovated room. The chef, Pierre-Yves Ladoire, favours traditional recipes but revisits them in his sauce. The card changes at the desired market, but fish with perfectly mastered cooking are always in honor. The abundance of salmon smoked in beech wood, candied lemon, ceps velvety is a good entry. In flat, think of the supreme of pochée fowl and its thyme juice. And finally, the black foret will bring the sweet touch. If you are in a lack of inspiration or playful mood, you can opt for a surprise with the menu "Closed Eyes" which invites you to be guided by the inspiration of the chef who makes up your menu. Please note that the hotel offers cooking courses.
