Change of ownership and management in April 2017 for this nice restaurant named Mr Marcel. Here we are greeted by the famous… Marcel, his smiling wife Stéphanie and their team! The restaurant enjoys a very good location on the edge of the Loire, just steps from the Castle and opposite the Pont bridge. You will enjoy the room all along the fireplace or grill crackle, or the room on the floor with the wooden parquet, the small rest room for children. On the floor the view is breathtaking on the longest river in France. The new managers of the bistro are a traditional kitchen based on fresh produce and every lunchtime an affordable formula, with a beef carpaccio, a black black place and a beautiful chocolate foam. It also comes for wood fire specialities with the beef coast (for 2), the beef tender, the Loin mudflap or grilled duck magret. The fish from Loire and the Brittany coast to nantais white butter or eel pan are not forgotten with the local touch. We also have beautiful gourmet salads or other carpaccios. And to conclude on a sweet and sweet note: a selection of always homemade desserts! A good address to discover with a service to small onions.
