Near Nantes, on the dyke overlooking the south bank of the Loire, this restaurant with a terrace and an unobstructed view of the Loire River offers elaborate, quality cuisine at a reasonable price, with, for starters, an egg casserole, spinach emulsion and smoked salmon, followed by a roasted salmon aioli and, lastly, a Golden apple confit with Kaçha butter, salted butter caramel, and an apple sorbet. It's fresh, good and the service is impeccable. In the evening, the chef offers a more elaborate menu, with a special emphasis on Loire Valley specialities, such as pike-perch fillet with beurre blanc.

Une belle découverte pour nos 10 ans de mariage
Nous avons pris des anguilles et cuisses de grenouilles, elles étaient très bonnes. Ne parlons pas du beurre blanc qui était exquis.
Le désert fait maison est un peu copieux, surtout après 2 plats avant.
Le service est top.
Je recommande sans hésitations.
Du service à la décoration, en passant par la qualité du repas, un rapport qualité/prix au top et cette ambiance nostalgique d’une affaire familiale fleurissante, c’était un vrai plaisir et une soirée plus que réussis ❤️
