Restaurant offering a tasty and affordable cuisine in Basse-Goulaine.
This establishment has existed for over a century. Restaurant of the Mère David, "from which one never leaves empty", former house Duteil-Rousseau, it was also called the Rouget restaurant, then Legrand. It was taken over in September 2017, and the current chef is Mathieu Corbineau, who is busy behind the stoves of this house involved in the Toqués du Goût to treat you. Gastronomy is indeed in the spotlight here, but it remains affordable. You will not find any dishes à la carte and you will have to choose the menu that suits you; menus that change every 15 days. For example, you can enjoy scallops with a dried fruit Viennese parsnip and jus bourguignon. Or enjoy the veal quasi marinated in truffle oil, girolles, artichoke mousseline and smoked bacon juice? Before finishing with a delight of white chocolate, Neapolitan biscuit and red fruits. Quite a program!
