Ideally located in a green setting where the Erdre flows, facing the Château de la Gacherie, this exceptional gourmet restaurant has a terrace on the Erdre, a dining room where the light, the reflection of the Erdre and the surrounding parks form a picture displayed at 180°... The view is breathtakingly beautiful. Inside, the furniture has been chosen in a spirit of comfort and sobriety; everything is harmonious and admirably elegant. As for the dishes served to you by Mr. Lescot, master restaurateur, they are in keeping with the environment. Thus, you will enjoy a line bar made of zucchini cannelloni, small spelt, homemade summer tomato sauce, or scallops in hazelnut butter, carmine endives with Colonnata bacon, or delicious deer hazelnut, grand veneur sauce, pear confit in red wine, or even fried calf sweetbread (VBF), Jerusalem artichoke mousseline, chestnut, juice with old port... And we finish this delicate and tasty meal with kouign amann with black sesame, honey ginger ice cream or "Ôk lemon meringue pie, candied yuzu, sorbet. La cuisine est de qualité et plutôt raffinée. Les plats sont très copieux voire trop, notamment certains plats en viande comme la cote de cochon.
L'assaisonnement est parfait. Les produits sont de qualité et maison.
Le bémol concerne peut-être le service qui manque un peu de sourire et de bonne humeur.
Pour un prix très raisonnable, le menu au fil de l'eau, proposé au déjeuner est à ravir !
Des saveurs subtiles et des produits de qualité valent le détour, comparé à des tables médiocres pour le même prix !
Nous y retournerons très certainement !
Le cadre est super joli avec la vue sur l'erdre.
En revanche c'est assez cher mais c'est justifié !
