Now a 5-star hotel, the establishment also practices the culinary arts at La Table du Marquis and its cuisine d'auteur. Chef Clément Vincent is at the helm. At any time of day, a colorful and responsible cuisine awaits the guest. Ris de veau de pays et algues sauvages, aïoli of garden vegetables with summer truffles, compressed foie gras and artichokes... For dessert, iced raspberry with basil cream. Charming welcome.

Un brunch comme on les aime, seul bémol peu de fromages restant et pour les desserts avec des plats vident et pas grand choix du coup. Attention prévoyez le brunch de 11:00 pour avoir plus de choix :( car 13:00 un peu limité, dommage...
