In Maioann's beautiful setting, chef Maxime Marteau indulges his passion and doesn't skimp on inspiration. For example, the current menu features tomatoes, burrata and buckwheat, market fish, satay and carrots with peanuts, beef with eggplant chimichurri. Desserts include chocolate-raspberry-pepper puffs and figs, blackberries and fig leaves. Affordable formulas at lunchtime, and refined variations with wine and food pairings in the evening or at weekends. True to his ethic, the chef, who has also worked in a three-star restaurant, works with fresh produce from local farms. A superb address.

Allez y sans hésiter!
Service encore timide mais très souriant
Un peu point à revoir peut-être : nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi si on choisit le menu à l'aveugle ,toute la table doit le prendre ..ceux qui ne le prennent pas peuvent patienter pour ne pas déstabiliser le service .On était quand-même 3 sur 5 à le vouloir....il fallait peut-être alors faire un table de 2 et une table de 3 ??? Bizarre.
Agréablement surpris par la qualité et la beauté des assiettes et du service qui est vraiment très bon.
