In this delightful gastronomic establishment 15 minutes from Nantes, master restaurateur Olivier Guenoun offers generous, creative market cuisine featuring local produce. Start with foie gras with Armagnac, followed by scallops and snacked langoustines, steamed vegetables and langoustine bisque, or delicious meats such as Picanha of Irish Black Angus beef, emulsified tarragon sauce and potato millefeuille. For dessert, we love the Bourdaloue tart. Excellent value for money!
