Gastronomic brasserie-restaurant offering fresh seasonal and regional products on the banks of the Isac

For more than 35 years, nestled between the trees, on the banks of the Iccs, Relais Saint-Clair has a quiet and protected environment where French gastronomy and tradition are in honour. Two restaurants overlap: the brasserie and the gourmet restaurant. Fresh and regional seasonal products, cooked with respect in the pure French gastronomic tradition, will seduce the most demanding tastes. Among the entrances, The Jacques Be Little, the foam of Saint-Marcellin, the crab pince or the boar hure, onion jam are excellent entries. For the dish, the pan-fried place, the roquette of rockets and forgotten vegetables or the Iberica pork, lemon juice, the Pont Neuf apple Apple Bridge will delight your taste buds. In dessert, the chef proposes a quince and brown variation. Address to discover absolutely, it is one of the best in the department!

Accueil sympathique. Personnel attentif. Tables en terrasse pas très propres avec des rainures pleines de miettes qui attire forcément des insectes!! Des sets de tables seraient appropriés.
Buffet sympathique et varié mais avec des mouches sur le sucré... pas très appétissant !
Le lieu est agréable bord de canal.

Pour des menus à 46€ avec chacun un foie gras ( uste tout à fait moyen,) des langoustines à la nage (4 langoustines caoutchouteuses dans un bouillon insipide) un magret de canard (tellement dur que j'en avais mal au doigt à essayer de le couper ) des ris de veau (grand moment : Tellement dur INMANGEABLE ! le plat dans son intégralité est reparti. nous redemandons le chef,
DENI TOTAL aucun geste commercial ni excuse, et la patronne finit par nous dire

Once again, the chef of the Saint Clair lodge has us deliciously surprised, by the quality of the menu on the one hand, and by the performance guaranteed to have a meal for 84 people on the other hand. It was in fact the Sainte Barbe of the fire of Guenrouet in the reception room of Our Dame de Grâce. Everyone plebiscito voted by the rose window of St Jacques to the cauliflower cream. The hake back and its vegetable tagliatelle founded in the mouth. The supreme one of poultry and its creamy sauce managed to flatter the palace. As for the dessert, gourmet coffee, I enjoyed with chocolate cream and pears in a frosted glass. A great moment shared with a cheerful group. Thank you Frédéric and Helen including all the staff ensure a perfect service.
